Contact our workshop via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

Place the jewelry back in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

Send your package using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged before they reach our studio.
